Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personalized/custom products, and items marked as final sale.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@gamedayaf.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gamedayaf.com with your order number and a photo of the damage/defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency and payment method used at the time of purchase.
