1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personalized/custom products, and items marked as final sale.
2. Return Process

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

7. International Returns
